Destination(s): Entebbe/ Kampala
Activities:
- Upon your arrival, you will drive to the hotel for relaxation, dinner and the night as you prepare for the next day’s activities.
- Accommodation:
- Serena Kigo Hotel (Luxury): Implements energy-efficient systems, water recycling, and supports local staff training, making it both eco-conscious and socially responsible.
- Kaazi Beach Resort (Mid-range & Budget): Locally owned, supports the surrounding community through jobs and food supply chains, and promotes low-impact tourism near Lake Victoria.

Destination(s): Mityana/ Kibale
Activities:
- After an early morning breakfast, you will drive to Mityana at Entanda cultural village. Upon your arrival, you will participate in different cultural activities for example men will be given sticks and embark on hunting activity, women will remain preparing food for men, cultural dance, harvesting fresh fruits, etc. you will enjoy lunch at Entanda and later on transfer to Kibale National Park.
- Upon your arrival at Kibale National, you will check into your accommodation for relaxation, dinner and the night.

Destination(s): Kibale National Park
Activities:
- After breakfast, head to the Kanyanchu Visitor Center on time for a briefing at 08:00am for chimpanzee trekking.
- Here, you will learn about the dos and don'ts while in the forest searching for chimpanzees. Kibale Forest is home to 13 primate species, earning it the title of the primate capital of the world.
- During your trek, which lasts two to three hours, you are likely to encounter the chimpanzees as they move and interact in their natural habitat. You will also have the opportunity to observe various bird species and a variety of butterflies.
- After chimpanzee tracking, return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation.
- After lunch and relaxation, you will visit the nearby community to gain insight on the ways of life of the local community leaving around Kibale National Park.
- Return back to your lodge for dinner and the beautiful night.

- After enjoying breakfast, you will embark on the Bigodi Walk where you will encounter monkeys and a diverse array of birdlife.
- After this wonderful experience, you will return back to your lodge for lunch and some relaxation and later on you will transfer to Semliki National Park renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and diverse wildlife. Upon your arrival, you will check into your accommodation for dinner and the night.

- On this day, you will begin with an early morning breakfast at your lodge, followed by a thrilling morning game drive in Semliki National Park. This game drive will offer breathtaking views of the Park’s diverse wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, and an array of bird species.
- After working on the appetite, you will return to your lodge for lunch and some relaxation. Later, you will visit the Sempaya Hot Springs, a fascinating geological wonder.
- Here you will experience the unique opportunity to cook plantains and eggs in the natural hot water, boiling food in seconds using the steaming hot water
- You will explore the female and the male hot springs, marveling at the unique geological formations and surrounding vegetation.
- After this rewarding experience, you will return to your lodge for dinner and the beautiful night.

Activities:
- On this day, you will enjoy breakfast at your lodge, followed by a leisurely nature walk in the surrounding areas of Semliki National Park. This morning nature walk offers opportunities to spot local bird species, plants and scenic views.
- After the nature walk, you will return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. Later on you will embark on a community visit to explore the Bakonzo people, an indigenous tribe living near Semliki National Park. You will experience the rich cultural heritage of the Bakonzo, learning about their traditional practices, customs and way of life. Later, you will return back to your lodge for dinner and the night.

Activities:
- After enjoying an early morning breakfast, you will bid farewell to Semliki National Park and embark on the journey back to Entebbe. En route, make a fascinating stop at Fort Portal, a picture square town nestled in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains.
- Visit the stunning Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru caves, featuring breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites. Learn about the local legend surrounding the caves and marvel at the natural beauty.
- Following this captivating experience, you will have lunch at a local restaurant and later on continue to Entebbe for your departure flight or to your chosen location, carrying unforgettable memories of Uganda’s diverse landscapes, vibrant culture, and incredible wildlife.

Bakonzo community: On Day 6, you will visit the Bakonzo people, an indigenous tribe living near Semliki National Park. You will experience the rich cultural heritage of the Bakonzo, learning about their traditional practices, customs, and way of life.
Local community near Kibale National Park: On Day 3, you will visit a nearby community to gain insight into the ways of life of the local people living near Kibale National Park.
Additionally, you will also visit the Entanda cultural village on Day 2, where you will participate in different cultural activities, such as:

Geography
Kibale National Park:
Kibale National Park is located in western Uganda, covering an area of 776km². The park’s terrain is characterized by evergreen rainforest, grasslands, and swamps, with an elevation range of 1,100-1,590m above sea level.
Semliki National Park:
Semliki National Park, on the other hand, is situated in western Uganda near the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo. It covers an area of 220km² and features savanna, woodlands, and riverine forests. The park is home to the Semliki River and notable hot springs.
